UX Designer
We are searching for a skilled UX designer to cooperate with us for 20-30 hours per week (negotiable). You need to be experienced and independent enough to cover the whole scope of this competence and maybe a bit more. We don't expect you to create flamboyant designs. We are a generic software house developing custom solutions, leasing expert teams or simply providing experienced developer hands and brains where they are needed.
We pride ourselves on a deep understanding of the customer’s problem they need to solve in the broader context of their industry and business. This allows us to develop innovative software that goes far beyond mere “code writing”.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Gathering information and insights: Engage in close collaboration and direct communication with clients and our business analysts to dive into the industry specifics and heads of the users.
- Conceptual design: Conceptualize and design digital products, websites, and other digital interfaces.
- Wireframing and prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and interactions.
- UI design: Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. And yes, we know, UX and UI are kind of different disciplines but we need someone who will cover this skill as well.
- Team cooperation: Work together with Artinians whenever it makes sense, and provide UX insights or supervision when asked for. That way you can cooperate on updating customer journey or marketing personas.
- Presentation: Present your design solutions to project stakeholders and team members clearly to make sure everyone understands the details.

LET’S MEET IF:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing your work on mobile and web applications.
- You are proficient in Figma and maybe you play from time to time with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- You consider yourself a team player and you are familiar with agile methodologies.
- You are fluent in verbal and written communication in English (B2 level) and Czech/Slovak.
