Let’s meet if you:

• Have over 3 years of proven experience in managing projects within software development. You’re skilled at handling budgets, scope, schedules, and other project constraints, as demonstrated by the success of your projects.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build trust, create impact, and drive success for both clients and the company. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients' stakeholders, software teams, and our sales team.
• Are experienced with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Have leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding and motivating project teams.
• Speak solid English (B2+), with no hesitation in conducting meetings or workshops.

Bonus Skills We’d Love:

• You are ready to engage in pricing discussions and to build meaningful relationships with clients involved in your projects.
• Experience with Custom SW Development.
• Familiarity with JIRA.
• Experience with international projects.
• PRINCE2, PRINCE2-agile certification.
