What is your must-have:

• Project management is in your DNA, you’ve seen your fair share of projects and intend to develop further
• Leadership abilities and experience in guiding and motivating project teams
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, you are also a partner to our sales team and clients during business negotiations and know how to best build and gain trust in our business
• Solid English (B2+), you are not afraid to use it and you have no problem conducting meetings or workshops
• 3 or more years of proven experience with project management in software development

What is nice-to-have:

• PRINCE2, PRINCE2-agile certification
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with international projects
• People leadership
