What will you be doing? 

As a .NET Developer, your day-to-day work may vary depending on the type of project. But here’s what it typically looks like. You’ll usually kick off your day with a team standup (remote or in-person) to sync up. You’ll then dive into writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Sometimes, you may focus on architect solutions, design databases, and contribute to technical decisions that shape the projects. Whatever is needed. 

Creating high-quality software takes a village. You’ll collaborate with testers and participate in thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.  

You’ll work with modern tools and frameworks like .NET Core/8/9, C#, Docker, Azure, and more. The particular tech stack depends on the project. You’ll find a comprehensive guide to our tech stack in our Technology Radar.

Must-haves: 

• Solid experience with .NET development, including .NET Core/6/7. 
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, Git, and Rest API principles. 
• A strong grasp of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, SSO). 
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred). 
• The ability to solve problems independently and share your insights with the team. 
• A collaborative mindset—team players thrive here. 
• The ability to navigate constructive feedback and adapt. 
• A proactive, curious attitude without pushing your way at all costs. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Familiarity with Entity Framework, MS Azure, Docker, or DevExpress. 
• Experience with database-first vs. code-first approaches. 
• An interest in learning new tech or expanding into other domains.
