Business Development Manager (Sales)

We are searching for a top-class sales hunter thirsty for new opportunities!  

You must thrive in communication with potential clients and finding new ways to succeed. We have a goal and now we need one more results-driven Business Development Manager who will proactively help us to reach the target. You should be experienced in customer acquisition, preferably in the custom software development industry. At ARTIN you will focus on cooperation with new business partners within the Czech and foreign markets.  

Our sales team is now working on a new acquisition strategy so your experience will be more than welcome to fill in the gaps and bring a new point of view. A lot of things are in progress so if you expect to get all the sales materials on the silver platter you will be disappointed.  

However, you can count on the outstanding support of our Sales Leader Martina Pokorna, and your colleagues at Sales and Marketing. We are in this together.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS ROLE? 

  • Building and maintaining client relationships with customers in Czech Republic and foreign markets. 
  • Searching for new opportunities, from identifying contacts to meeting with customers to lead qualification. 
  • Working with business opportunities related to custom SW development for the ARTIN group. 
  • Preparation and submission of proposals in cooperation with our consulting and delivery team, presenting and demonstrating proposed solutions. 
  • Negotiation of contracts and business terms with the support of the CRM system, business presentations and participation in trade fairs and professional and networking events.   

LET’S MEET IF: 

  • You have a solid, at least 3 years of experience in IT sales, ideally in custom software development. 
  • You speak English at least on a communicative level (B2+). 
  • You have great communication, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
